Our Wagyu Brisket, Short-Rib burgers may be the closest we'll ever come to having an ultimate burger blend. These burgers are sourced from Tajima American Wagyu, which humanely raises its cattle and feeds them a proprietary blend of Japanese Wagyu diet with Midwest ingredients. The blend for these burgers then includes brisket, short-rib, and sirloin meat, resulting in what we consider to be the perfect combination of flavor, fat and texture.

"They arrived so late I left them froze for another time"
"I was really excited to send my aging father some goodies from HGS since they came highly recommended. I placed my order, chose my delivery date, and paid the invoice. No problems at all in the beginning. Then (a week later) and 24 hours prior to my chosen shipping date, I received an email saying they were not able to ship my order the next day and it would go out the following week. Well, so much for the timing of my birthday gift to my dad. The items arrived just fine and are good quality, but a week late with no apology and no compensation offer of any kind. And to add insult to this, they didn't even honor my $25 off coupon that THEY sent me for my first order with them. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this company, nor will I be ordering from them again."

"Flavor was there. The size of burgers were a bit much. 1/2 pound is a lot of burger!! I didn't say OMG! This burger is amazing which is what I was expecting. The mangalista bacon stole the show! Doubtful I'd get the burgers again but definitely the bacon and I'd like to try a few stes they were out of when ordering. I will say, the packaging & handling was superior for the product."
