Raised in the Midwest under stringent quality control guidelines, the hogs are fed a specially formulated vegetarian blend of corn and soymeal, without any hormones, stimulants, or antibiotics.
Our Mangalitsa Pork is a rich red color and has delectable marbling of creamy white fat throughout. Because it’s high in unsaturated fat, Mangalitsa lard is lighter than most breeds, so it melts at a lower cooking temperature.
