Our master butchers perfectly-age, cut and immediately vacuum seal our steaks before blast freezing them to -30F. This method completely protects and preserves the steaks in their original, perfectly-aged state and in no way compromises their quality. To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped frozen in a state-of-the-art shipping unit with dry ice. The outer shipper is recyclable and the interior insulation, made from corn starch, is biodegradable and can be dissolved it in your sink (make sure to wash it through thoroughly so it doesn't stick in the p-trap).

An ice- or cold-water bath is recommended for a quick thaw but the best way is to allow your steaks to defrost in your refrigerator 24-48 hours. Never defrost steaks in warm or hot water.


Shipping Rates

Your steaks can arrive via one of three shipping options.  The total time in transit depends on which option suites your needs best.  All orders take 1-3 days to process and arrive. 

    • Free Ground Shipping on Orders over $199
    • $19.99 Standard Shipping (Ground)  
    • $79.99 Overnight Shipping (1-Day Air)  

To ensure your steaks arrive in perfect condition, we are able to ship for delivery Tuesday through Saturday.  Tuesday delivery requires the additional overnight fee as it must be sent Monday and not be delayed in transit over the weekend.  We cannot deliver on Sundays and we are not able to process shipments on either Saturday or Sunday.  

 Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, or the states of Hawaii or Alaska.  


OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

In order to receive your order the day after it is placed, we must receive it no later than 8:45 am PST (11:45 am EST) in order to process and ship in one day.  Any orders received after the deadline will be processed the next day.  If that happens to be on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.  

 

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Saturday delivery is an available option for most zip codes in our shipping area.  There is a $15 fee charged by our carrier as an upgrade.  If you have any questions about this availability please feel free to contact us at customercare@holygrailprovisions.com

We deliver to the lower 48 states only. We cannot deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes. Special shipping arrangements can be requested at customercare@holygrailprovisions.com and we'll do everything in our power to accommodate your request.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Thank you so much for purchasing from Holy Grail Steak Co.  We strive to ensure every single customer of our gets an experience they intend to rave about with their friends and family.  Part of that commitment is working with you, the customer, to make sure you get the products you ordered, arriving in perfect condition on the dates you requested.  In the event that we fall short in one link of that chain, please contact us at your earliest convenience at customercare@holygrailprovisions.com within 30 days of receiving your order.  
Since the shipping of our products is inherently time sensitive, we do not accept returns to our fulfillment center.  If you received a product that did not live up to our Holy Grail commitment, our customer service representatives will work with you to create a fair outcome.  This may require photos of the defective product for our internal records and insurance requirements, but we will begin the process of review and/or refund as soon as you contact us.  
On average our representatives are able to reply within 24 hours, with a complete resolution achieved within a week, but we guarantee that the process will take no longer than two weeks.  The options for resolution include but aren't limited to a replacement shipment, store credit to be used on any new products or a refund of the original purchase.
