Maezawa beef from Ogata farms is considered some of the highest quality beef from Japan, and dining on this Wagyu is considered a delicacy. Over generations, the farm has perfected the formula for raising high quality beef, starting with a quiet and stress-free environment for the cattle where they are allowed to “sleep in peace.” The cattle are also fed a diet of beer lees, made from local beer, whiskey, and soy, which gives a faint sweetness to the beef. No hormones are ever used on these cattle.
Couple the high quality of this beef with the rare cut of a ribcap, and you end up with a beef experience unlike any other. The ribcap is cut from the outer rim of the rib roast and is considered to be one of the most flavorful cuts to try. We know you won’t be disappointed.
