But what if we said that carrots could play a role in making that meat extra tender and also juicier? Well, it’s true!
Our Santa Carota beef comes only from grass-fed cows that are carrot finished. That means these cows are eating a grain-free diet and by being carrot finished, the cows get fattened and plumped up in their muscles naturally without the need for additives or hormones.
